Day 5..Kiss the Blarney Stone and get the gift of the gab....

I thought I'd better pass as could you imagine how much more I could talk if I did it....  Went to the castle today entrance fees much more than the other castles but very worth it as much for the beauty on the grounds as well as the castle itself.  We toured the castle and was amazed at the structure and integrity of it.  The stairs taking you to the top were stone and only enough room for one to pass.  At the top the view was magnificent but very high and for those of you who don't know I have a tremendous fear of heights well only very high not like 16 feet but higher.  We made are way to the infamous stone and rob laid down and hung his head back grabbed a iron support suspended many feet up and placed a juicy kiss on the wall many others have kissed.  Now remember we are at the top of the tower and you hang out over free air so there was no way I could ever do it my legs were shaking and weak it was not worth it to me and besides I don't need the gift of the gab right.  Anyways we descended the stairs and roamed the castle grounds into a number of different gardens an paths it was beautiful again too beautiful to capture in a photo.  After the castle we headed to Limerick to check in and look around.  Interesting the vending machines sell beer and liquor.  1st stop for a pint and dinner but never left the Locke pub as a band was playing Irish music and Rob wanted to practice his Irish jig!  I was so hungry I forgot to take pis of the before food it was shepherds pie an fried pork belly and mashed.  Well day 6 will be off to the cliffs that is if I can get rob up...ps to the cider drinkers out there found the best I have had it is local called stonewall cider yum.
